Ireport in Windows Version X 64 bit

yo guys, long time no see :D

i've a new experience using Ireport in my windows 7 64 bit. for the first time, it make me frustation, because it won't start, whatever i done. so, i search it on google (google thanks alot to help me). so this is the tip solve it.

first, open the ireport.conf that you can find in folder ireport at etc folder. after that, you will find a text that tell you about the path of your Java. so change it to your java path.
this is the contents of the ireport.conf :

# ${HOME} will be replaced by user home directory according to platform
default_userdir="${HOME}/.${APPNAME}/5.0.0"
default_mac_userdir="${HOME}/Library/Application Support/${APPNAME}/5.0.0"

# options used by the launcher by default, can be overridden by explicit
# command line switches
default_options="--branding ireport -J-Xms256m -J-Xmx512m -J-Dorg.netbeans.ProxyClassLoader.level=1000 -J-XX:MaxPermSize=512m"
# for development purposes you may wish to append: -J-Dnetbeans.logger.console=true -J-ea

# default location of JDK/JRE, can be overridden by using --jdkhome
switch
jdkhome="C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_01"

# clusters' paths separated by path.separator (semicolon on Windows, colon on Unices)
#extra_clusters=

the text in bold is my java path.

after that, you can use it.

or the another solution is you can reinstal your JDK using JDK for windows 64 bit

hope can help you :)
